The Instant Pot Duo Plus offers a number of features that all perform admirably, making this pressure cooker a valuable and versatile option. From baking cake to cooking soup, the Duo Plus does it all. With an intuitive interface and lid holder, this model is straightforward to use.
The upgraded steam valve control swept us off our feet, and the buttery smooth ribs had us back in our seats for seconds. While it does not perform perfectly across all avenues, its performance will surely have you paring down on other large appliances, like slow cookers.

I have had my Instant Pot for years. Love it for beans, hard-boiled eggs, pot roast, soups, etc. However, I just made my first cheesecake in the pot and it came out perfect! One suggestion I followed for when using it for desserts was to purchase a different sealing ring designated for desserts so they don't taste like pork, or whatever. The Instant Pot is much better than the stove top pressure cooker I used before for many years. I recall that it did require a bit of getting used to via the reading of the manual when I first started using it, but that may have been just me.
